What is Parcel Arrive?

Parcel Arrive is a free iOS and Android application that lets you track your orders and delivery easily. You can monitor the arrival of all your online purchases in one location by using Parcel Arrive mobile application.

Application can't find any information about my parcel, what should I do?

"Not Found" means that we can not find any details about this package. For assurance, we suggest you double check your tracking number; or call the shipper (the store where you ordered the order).

If the tracking number is right, please wait for the tracking information to be available at least 1-2 days after the parcel(s) have been submitted.

Where is my package?

For certain foreign packages the carriers do not have a fixed or scheduled delivery date due to low postage, including express service. The delivery time can be slower than you anticipate, mainly due to the customs process and the contract with airline. International shipping and domestic shipping are very distinct.

Your shipment will usually be checked at all points during transportation. We will not be able to send you further details about the exact location of your shipment in between these points. If there are new details available from the operator, we refresh the monitoring details continuously.

My package is trapped somewhere, what could I do?

We appreciate the importance of a timely information of your packages, regrettably, an estimated arrival date for overseas mailings is not always available from the carrier. The shipping status will be changed upon entry of a new information received from the carrier.

If the parcel's tracking information has not been changed in a long time, this indicates that either the package is either in transit to its destination country or the courier has forgotten to enter new tracking details. Certain forms of shipping do not have complete monitoring capability. In this scenario, please directly contact the sender.

The sender who has all the drop-details could initiate a formal inquiry into the parcel's location with the shipping firm in his / her region.

How can I deactivate my Parcel Arrive account?

Write us via Contact Us form with message "Please delete my account" to let us know that you want your account deleted. It can take up to 30 days for our IT team to delete your account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Definitely. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account Settings after purchase
